    • Used for trip booking, driver assignment, and fare calculation
    • Not stored or cached
    • Deleted immediately after trip completion
    • Not used for analytics, profiling, advertising, or tracking

    5. Purpose of Data Use

    Customer data is used to operate the Services, process payments, provide support, ensure safety, and comply with legal obligations.

    6. Analytics

    We use Firebase for limited application analytics to improve app performance and reliability. Analytics data is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
